HK. instant, forwarding a claim, (with relative correspondence) by Mr. G.H. Gibson in respect of losses due to enemy action.

It to noted that Mr. Gibson was born in Australia

and is now resident in Hong Kong.

The claim is being forwarded to Australia for

consideration, and it is anticipated that it will be accepted

by the Commonwealth Government as a claim to be dealt with by

Australia.
